[DEMO] Women-Led Herbal Products Workshop

A group of 15 women in rural Baalbek-Hermel villages already grow and dry herbs for household use. This project provides shared packaging equipment, basic branding, and support to register the group as a small producer, so they can sell dried herbs and herbal teas through local shops and markets.
The need
Women growing herbs for household use have no affordable way to package or sell their surplus commercially.

Provide shared packaging equipment, basic branding support, and help registering as a small producer group.
Objectives
Launch a registered producer group selling through at least 5 local retail points within 9 months.
Expected outcomes
A sustainable secondary income stream for participating households.
Target beneficiaries
15 women producers and their households across two villages.
