• Pledges: your name, email address, the amount and currency you indicate, and whether you choose to appear anonymously on any public acknowledgement.
• Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email address, and the message you send us.
• Donor portal accounts: your email address and your organization’s affiliation, used to grant and verify access to donor-specific reports and documents.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting, not for tracking individuals.

We do not collect payment card numbers, bank details, or any other financial account information through this website. See “How pledges work” below.

How pledges work

A pledge submitted through this website is a non-binding expression of intent to donate. No payment is processed on this website. If your pledge is accepted, a staff member will contact you using the details you provided to arrange payment through a separate, appropriate channel. You can withdraw a pledge at any time by contacting us.

How we use your information

• To review and follow up on pledges and enquiries you submit.
• To grant, verify, and manage donor portal access for donor organizations and their contacts.
• To administer and report on the projects this platform publishes.
• To respond to questions you send us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to operate the platform itself (for example, our website hosting provider) or where required by law.

We keep pledge, enquiry, and donor portal records for as long as needed for program administration and reporting, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is appropriate to the record. Demonstration/sample records on this site are clearly labelled and are not real donor data.

• correct information that is inaccurate;
• delete your information, unless we have a legitimate reason to keep it (for example, an active donor portal relationship or a legal obligation);
